@jamesdaff Welcome to MouseAdventure! To answer your questions:

1. You can have lunch together, but you can’t discuss the game. This may be difficult to do on game day! Most teams don’t stop for lunch, or they just grab a quick service meal. If you want to make a dinner reservation, that might work better. Then you can talk about how the game went among your group. We don’t have a finish time now, but a reservation in Animal Kingdom at 6:30 p.m. would not be a problem. We won’t go past sunset.

2. It’s not a problem if you have scooters. We have had players with scooters in the past. If there are any tasks your team isn’t able to complete because of mobility issues, please let us know on game day and we will work to make accommodations for you. In many cases, other members of the team may complete a task while the other team member waits at the attraction exit.

3. You are free to be as competitive (or not) as you want for our game. If you want to go to shows and ride attractions, that’s fine. Most teams use game time to only do the game and nothing else. Any quests you don’t finish on game day can likely be completed later at your own pace (sometimes quests involve interactive elements that can’t be done later on). You just need to turn in your answer sheets on game day to receive a score.
