Haven’t received our Box Yet? Should we have received a tracking number in email? Also if we never get it, do we get a refund?

MouseAdventure in a Box 2 On Your Own Time Division teams: we will be sending out an email soon to confirm your mailing addresses. Boxes will be shipped at the beginning of next week. You will receive an email with tracking information when it has been placed in the hands of the USPS.

I have rebooted the computer, relogged into Third Gate and MouseAdventure, used the Access Game button in my email and with this result each time.

When I tried to “please login in here” it takes me back to the same window. Could you send a direct link to my email please.

Hi there – It looks like there was a setting missing on the back end, I made the change and now you should be able to start the game at:
