Hey Steph! We are excited to play! A few quick questions-

-If we have team members in multiple houses, do we just register for 1 box?

-When will boxes be shipped? (I’m moving between now and May 2nd, so trying to determine which address to send it to.)

There is only one box allowed per shipping address. We plan to ship the boxes on April 27.

If a team is playing together from different locations, they should only buy one box. We have a VERY limited number of boxes.

Is this a timed event, one of our players works part time on Saturdays and is wondering if she should take off. If you know the time frame please let me know. Thanks !!!

Your place will be based on finish time, but you will be able to complete the quests after May 2 if you need to. Our “live support” will not be available after the initial event window and hints may be delayed.

This IS a time based event. That being said, Third Gate Games staff will be available for help and hints for several days after the start of the event. We are working out the details. You can either choose to play competitively and go for best finish time, or play a few quests every day.

I have been trying to register since 9am, but am unable to get past the registration link. Is this due to high volume, a server issue, or should I take it personally? 😝

Registration will reopen tomorrow, April 16 at 9 a.m. Pacific Time.

Although this first event has a very limited supply, we plan to run it again a second time. We are waiting on confirmation of supply shipments before announcing a registration date for the rerun event. Our tentative date for that is May 16.

Apparently the first quest is “can you get registered?” Lol, it took 2 hours but we finally got a spot. Very excited!!

We apologize for the issues again today. We had even more traffic than Tuesday and even though we thought we had resolved the problems, the volume was still more than could be handled all at once. We are now sold out for the first run of this event. We will be announcing registration for the second run soon. We are working on an improved process for registration that will be less stressful for all involved. Thank you for your patience.
