    We have not set an end date for access to box4. We will notify any teams who have not started their box 30 days ahead of our ending date, once that is official.

    We are available for immediate assistance on game day only. After that, you can send us a question via the chat feature and we will respond when we get a chance. About 10 days after the competitive game day, we switch to play on your own time mode. That will give you multiple hints available online for each puzzle, but ends the time period to qualify for competitive ranking.

    You will need to log in to the forums account that was used to purchase your game box to view the page. If you have issues viewing the page, try logging out and back in again.

    If that doesn’t work, log in at mouseadventure.com/login, and then navigate to the game page again.

    We only track teams finish times for competitive games. Round 3 was not a competitive event.

    MouseAdventure in a Box 2 On Your Own Time Division teams: we will be sending out an email soon to confirm your mailing addresses. Boxes will be shipped at the beginning of next week. You will receive an email with tracking information when it has been placed in the hands of the USPS.
